Why Experts Should Use SEO in Press Releases

Rumor has it that press releases are the next big thing in SEO, and many companies are spending top dollars trying to write the next big press release to announce the next big balloon-breaking technology. Is this really a big thing?

By definition, a press release is a type of news issued by the company about which the news is reported. As such, you will have to compete with all the other press releases and hope to be picked.

Why would your press release be discarded?

1) Unless you're writing a press release about Microsoft, Adobe, Sony, or one of the other huge companies, or at least about a relatively well-known company, forget about it. Journalists and news editors receive thousands of press releases every day and there is no way to waste them more than with a quick glance. So why pay a company seven to eight hundred dollars to send your press release to thousands of editors and journalists when they're planning to get rid of it anyway?

2) Unless you are advertising a really revolutionary product or technology (which I assume you are not interested in because you are only interested in using professionally written and paid press release to boost your search engine rankings), whatever you make or advertise like some new free deal or portal New offering something unique, your chances of getting it are very slim. Yes, PR firms will tell you that they have extensive experience writing press releases that will make your expertise stand out and be picked but that's not accurate. The only way to get your PR is if it's really something out of the ordinary or something no one else has thought of before.

3) Unless you plan to spend millions of dollars, and only then by sheer volume your site will move forward in the search engines, this is not a good option. why? If you send a large number of press releases, then they will be placed on the home page of the sites of various PR companies. Since most of these homepages have a very high PageRank, your site will be boosted. The question is whether this support is worth the large amount of money you will be putting into the pocket of PR firms. No it is not. Use that money to buy links (although I don't recommend it) from highly rated websites and you'll pay less and get more benefits.

4) Any press release, even if accepted, will remain on the various pages for only a short period of time, rendering the time, effort and even the amount of money you paid fruitless.

conclusion:

The press release is useful if you want to contact the press and possibly get some free publicity, but it is useless if you want to use it as a tool in order to develop your website in search engines.

Summary:

Find out why your SEO company shouldn't pay hundreds of dollars to PR firms.
